Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026

1. Before Purchasing

  • By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable policies.
  • Our terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  • This website is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by Discord Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

2. Support Policy

  • Customer support is provided through our official support channels: our Discord server, Website Ticket, Website live chat and our support email.
  • For faster assistance, we recommend contacting us through our Discord support server.
  • We aim to respond to support and delivery inquiries within 15 minutes to 24 hours, though response times may extend due to higher volume or technical issues.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

A return or refund may be offered if:

  • The service was not delivered as described, or
  • A technical issue on our side prevented successful delivery.

Returns/Refunds may not be eligible if:

  • The service has been successfully delivered and accessed.
  • Issues arise due to customer-provided information, configuration, or usage.
  • The issue results from third-party platform limitations or changes.
  • The issue occurs outside the applicable service or support period.
  • Circumstances are outside of our reasonable control.
  • Tokens, boosts, or accounts are flagged, restricted, quarantined, or prevented from joining a server due to Discord security systems, anti-raid protections, verification requirements, AutoMod, membership screening, server security settings, or any other security measures configured by Discord or the server owner. Such circumstances are outside of our control and are not eligible for a refund.

For any other queries, please contact us via our Discord: Discord Server. You can also contact us via our website live chat or raise a ticket on the website.

4. Payment Verification & Privacy Policy

  • We do not collect your phone numbers, government IDs or store your credit card information.
  • We collect only the information necessary to process orders, such as technical and transactional information required to process orders and prevent fraud.
  • Payments are processed securely through reputable third-party payment providers. We never store your full card information.
  • In certain cases, payments may be temporarily reviewed to ensure transaction legitimacy and prevent fraud. Customers may be contacted if additional verification is required.

5. Other Reminders

  • Product availability, pricing, and service features may be updated from time to time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, remove, or revoke any promotional slot, advertisement, featured placement, or similar promotional service at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud prevention, technical issues, platform policy changes, or other business or operational reasons.
  • If a change materially affects an active order, customers will be notified through official communication channels.
  • Updated terms will be communicated where relevant.

By purchasing from Arctic Boosts, you automatically accept our terms of service.
